Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products in our store are made to order and fulfilled by trusted third-party print-on-demand providers (including POD Partner, Printful, and Tapstitch). This means:

  • Production time: Typically 2–7 business days before shipping

  • Orders begin processing shortly after they’re placed, so cancellations may not be possible if production has already started


2. Shipping Times

Once your order is fulfilled, shipping time depends on your location and carrier speed:

  • United States: 3–8 business days (on average)

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Some products may ship separately depending on the fulfillment partner and item type.


4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking details within 7 business days, please contact us.


5. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, please wait 48 hours and check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • Lost or missing packages must be reported within:

    • 7 days for all orders

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
